Try our improved Search Tool. It's easier, faster and more accurate than ever!
1. Be as specific as possible.
For example, if you are receiving an error message, instead of entering "error" in the Search field, enter the error message you received.
2. Try using synonyms.
If your search results do not contain what you are looking for or if you get too few results, try using synonyms or variations on your original search terms. For example, if you first entered determine, try entering identify for your next search.
3. Check your spelling.
A misspelled word can affect search results.
4. Limit the length of your search.
Use no more than 10 words or 128 characters.
5. Search is not case sensitive
No need to worry about capitalization. You get the same results whether you enter network install, Network Install, or NETWORK INSTALL
6. Separate multiple words or phrases with a comma.
Search will find items that match each one of the words or phrases individually.
7. Do not use punctuation marks or special characters.
Do not use a question mark, bracket, slash, any of the characters on the top row of a keyboard, and so forth. You can use commas and hyphens
